Role Overview As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, and maintain strong communication with the wider project team. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations across a range of construction projects. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery. * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. * Monitor project progress and ensure work is delivered in line with the construction programme. * Maintain high standards of quality throughout all stages of the build. * Carry out site inspections and ensure works meet required specifications. * Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Requirements * Proven experience working as a Site Manager within the construction industry. * Experience delivering residential and/or general building projects. * Strong understanding of construction processes and site management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Strong commitment to quality, safety, and project delivery. * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are typically required.
