We are seeking a passionate and results-driven sales executive to join our dynamic and growing team. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales targets.
* Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
* Manage negotiations with trade and retail customers, in person, via email and over the phone.
* Build rapport, establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers and trade contacts.
* Become an expert on our stone and engineered oak products, ensuring you can confidently educate customers and provide recommendations.
* Work closely with the team, sharing insights and strategies to achieve success collectively.
Qualifications
* 1-5 years' sales experience
* Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, Order Management and Microsoft Office
* Demonstrable track record of sales target achievement
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Prior experience in selling home, lifestyle, or construction products such as flooring (flagstones,
stone tiles, or engineered oak) is
a plus, but not required.
