Actaris Site Services require a site manager for a groundbreaking project in Renfrewshire.
We’re looking for a Site Manager to take the lead on daily site operations for one of the UK’s most impactful retrofit projects. Based in Renfrewshire, you will manage multiple subcontractors and trades across civil, mechanical, and retrofit works in occupied buildings.
You will coordinate activities on site, ensure safe systems of work, maintain programme targets, and deliver high-quality results, all while building positive relationships with contractors, residents, and local stakeholders.
This is a proactive, site-based role requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Program of works is scheduled for a year.. We would be looking at a months work with the potential of a 12 month FTC for the right person.
SMSTS and first aid is a must for this role. A DS check would also be prefferable.
