Behaviour Learning Mentor | The Role: Provide 1:1, small-group, and in-class support for pupils struggling with behaviour and emotional regulation. Lead restorative conversations to rebuild relationships and return pupils to learning. Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to deliver consistent, effective interventions. Be a visible presence across the school, proactively supporting pupils before issues escalate. Behaviour Learning Mentor | Who We’re Looking For A calm, confident, and adaptable individual with genuine interest in behaviour support. Experience supporting children with SEMH needs, through school, youth work, mentoring, or similar roles. Able to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. A graduate with a UK Bachelor’s Degree.
