Job Description

3. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
5. Assist in the preparation and processing of HR documentation.
6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
7. Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
8. Support recruitment activities, including posting job adverts and managing applications.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
10. Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
