The division delivers high-quality projects using panelised LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) systems and operates with a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of specialist construction projects using panelised LGSF systems, from mobilisation through to final handover. Ensure projects are completed safely, on programme, and to agreed quality standards. Travel to projects across the UK, including overnight stays as required. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards. Monitor site costs and provide accurate reporting to the commercial and project teams. Conduct site surveys, review method statements and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
