Key Responsibilities
* Delivering new starter inductions and maintaining HR records
* Managing the HR inbox and assisting with employee queries
* Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment activities
* Preparing contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
* Coordinating long service awards and employee communications
* Updating the internal intranet and managing Right to Work checks
* Using Excel, PowerPoint and Canva to create and maintain HR materials
What we're looking for
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Experienced in admin or HR support roles
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Canva experience desirable)
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Familiar with TMS or similar HR systems (advantageous)
