Location: Llandrindod Wells, Powys Duration: 28 weeks Start Date: Approx. 3 weeks We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a £1.5m new build project in Llandrindod Wells. The project is a 28-week brickwork build, delivering a larder and office space, and is due to start in approximately three weeks. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day site management and supervision * Managing trades, programme, and health & safety * Ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard * Liaising with the client and subcontractors Requirements: * Proven experience managing similar new build projects * Strong brickwork background preferred * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid * Ability to work independently and manage site operations Ideally, candidates will be local to Llandrindod Wells.
