Business Development (Bid & Tender) Coordinator Belfast C£35,000 + bonus, hybrid, pension, training and development opportunities plus more We are working with a locally owned and operated construction and civil engineering contractor who are seeking to appoint their new Business Development / Bid Coordinator to join them in Belfast. Working closely with the Business Development & Pre-Construction teams you will be working across bid & tender coordination, this will include; Tracking tender portals and new opportunities (PQQs, RFQs, ITTs) Coordinating and formatting compliant tender submissions Maintaining CRM systems, bid libraries and submission tracker Supporting internal coordination between estimating, SHEQ and commercial teams Assisting with framework submissions and supplier onboarding Preparing capability documents, presentations and marketing collateral including social posts & website content Supporting marketing activities including creating content for brochures & social posts What we are looking for Experience gained within bid administration, tender coordination or construction administration Confident communication skills Strong IT skills ideally to include experience of share point or similar Familiarity with tender portals is desirable as would be knowledge of CRM / SharePoint experience In return you can expect an excellent package and career progression opportunities.
