This role is central to driving positive change, supporting managers, and fostering a progressive employment culture. You’ll deliver a wide range of generalist HR services, provide expert guidance on employee relations, and contribute to strategic people initiatives.
Your new role
This role delivers a broad range of HR advisory and administrative support, including guiding managers, handling HR queries, and ensuringpliance with employment legislation. The HR Officer also contributes to HR objectives and supports learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
Key Skills & Attributes required for this role include:
1. Strong knowledge of employment relations, employment law, and ACAS guidelines
2. Broad HR experience in fast-paced environments
3. Proficiency in managing employee data and records
4. Excellent writtenmunication and document/report creation skills
5. Advanced PC skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
6. Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, collaborative style
7. High attention to detail and accuracy
8. Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative and suggest improvements
9. Effective time management and ability to work at pace to meet objectives
10. CIPD Level 3 qualification
