About you Hold a minimum of five GCSEs (Grade C or above), or an equivalent qualification, including English and Maths. Have a minimum of two years' experience working in a busy office setting, providing a variety of business support functions such as diary management and administrative assistance for meetings. Previous experience within a Human Resources setting would be an advantage. What you'll do Support the Human Resources team in maintaining and updating training records. Act as the primary contact for any Human Resources-related queries. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff and managers. Communicate effectively with external providers and partner organisations. Work closely with the finance team to process and follow up on invoice payments.
