Role Overview
Our Machine Sales Executives are pivotal to our continued growth and success. As a rapidly growing business in size and turnover, we look for new people to join our Machine Sales team and act as a Trusted Partner to JLA’s customers. You will join a highly successful sales team where you will be valued and rewarded for your contributions.
Key Tasks
* Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers from our data strategy team
* Responding to leads generated through digital marketing, engineering, and appointment‑making teams
* Developing sales opportunities in partnership with field sales colleagues
* Closing machine sales business over the phone and via email
* Cross‑selling products and divisions
* Meeting or exceeding dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre
* Working collaboratively with the team in operations and installations to ensure that JLA Sales and service SLAs are delivered
* Reporting on the opportunity pipeline
* Following the latest industry developments and staying up to date on competitors
* Understanding pricing matrix and margins
