As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with customers, identifying their needs, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience that reflects both Volvo’s values and Riverside’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (FI&P)
* Manage and follow up on all customer enquiries
* Maximise retention and renewal opportunities
* Support customers throughout the full sales journey
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes
About You
* A professional appearance and approach
* The ability to build solid, long-term relationships with customers
* Confidence in your ability to engage and influence, bringing your personality to life
* Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A full UK driving licence
