Job Title: Site Manager - Weekend Cover (Hospital Project)
Location: Boston
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide weekend cover on a hospital-based construction site in Boston.
Responsibilities
* Oversee site operations on a hospital-based construction site during weekend hours.
* Ensure health and safety compliance and drive safe working practices.
* Maintain clear communication between trades and management during weekend working hours.
Requirements
* Valid SMSTS
* CSCS card
* First Aid qualification
* Previous experience managing construction activities on live or sensitive sites (hospital/healthcare preferred)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation
Competitive rates of pay (umbrella PAYE only)
