We're recruiting a Sales Executive to join a growing events and exhibitions business. You'll be responsible for selling stand space to businesses who want to exhibit at one of the company's established trade shows. This is a consultative, relationship‑based sales role where you'll speak to business owners, brand founders, and suppliers, helping them book the most suitable packages for their needs. This is not a role working at the event or running a stand - it is a sales‑focused, telephone‑based, office‑based position. Key Responsibilities Sell exhibition stand packages to businesses interested in exhibiting at upcoming trade events. Make outbound sales calls, follow up warm leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed exhibitors. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and recommending stand options that fit their needs. Maintain and manage your own sales pipeline, keeping the CRM updated with conversations and bookings. Handle incoming enquiries professionally and provide clear information about packages, pricing, and audience reach. Work collaboratively with the events team to meet exhibitor targets and support the successful delivery of each show. About You We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in customer‑facing sales (face‑to‑face, telesales, showroom sales, field sales, or any direct selling role). Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly. Motivated, target‑driven, and professional in approach. Organised, with good admin skills and the ability to handle follow‑ups and lead management. Comfortable speaking to business owners and decision‑makers. Positive, enthusiastic, and able to represent the brand confidently.
