Key Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Executive: Manage and grow existing customer accounts, providing expert advice on automotive parts and components. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the automotive sector. Deliver outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to after-sales support. Handle technical enquiries, including sourcing specialist parts and liaising with suppliers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers across the UK. Monitor account performance and prepare sales reports and performance insights. Visit customers across the UK when required to strengthen relationships and support sales activity. Provide support to the administration team on technical and sales-related queries when needed. Requirements for the Technical Sales Executive role: Proven experience within the automotive industry or a technical sales position. Strong working knowledge of automotive parts and components. A natural drive for sales growth and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Strong planning, organisational, and strategic thinking abilities. Confident and personable with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
