Overview
Active (Pathways) Solutions are seeking skilled and motivated National Grid Authorised Site Manager to join our team. You'll be supporting a range of substation project in Melksham, Wiltshire contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of high-voltage electrical works.
Requirements
* 📋 Valid and up-to-date documentation - including CSCS/ Safety Passport, and relevant National Grid CP, SR163 accreditation, 2-day HSG47, Temp Works Supervisor, 3-day First Aid & Fire Marshall certificate.
* ⚡ Proven substation experience - previous work on National Grid, Scottish Power or DNO sites is essential.
* 🧾 Verifiable references - able to provide evidence of experience and competency within the substation or high-voltage industry.
We're Looking for Individuals Who:
* ⚙️ Show excellent attention to detail - ensuring precision, quality, and safety at all times.
* 🤝 Work effectively as part of a team - collaborating with multi-discipline site crews.
* 🧠 Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills - adapting confidently to changing site conditions.
Desirable Additional Qualifications
* IPAF (MEWP)
* Telehandler (CPCS or NPORS)
* PASMA
* First Aid
* Manual Handling
* Abrasive Wheels
* Other relevant industry-related courses
