Quality Manager - Chipping Campden - Gloucestershire
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000. Benefits include onsite parking, life assurance, private medical, 33 days holiday, and a 35-hour workweek.
Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to producing products of exceptional quality. Due to exciting plans for 2025, they are seeking a Quality Manager to join their Technical team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and oversee the Quality Control Lab.
* Develop and ensure compliance of the Quality Assurance function with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
* Oversee testing, analysis, and approval processes for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
* Maintain, review, and develop quality documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
* Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, leading a team of 2.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
* Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis techniques.
* A scientific degree is advantageous.
