About Our Client

A small-sized organisation operating within the not-for-profit sector, focused on delivering impactful services to its community. The organisation values precision and efficiency within its Human Resources department to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction.

Job Description

3. Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
4. Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
5. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
6. Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
7. Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
8. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
9. Coordinate training sessions and track employee development initiatives.
10. Provide administrative support for performance reviews and appraisals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Administrator (MAT Cover) should have:

11. Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the Human Resources department.
12. Strong organisational and time management skills.
13. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. An understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
