Hours: 8.30am 3pm (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch) 2 days per week (preferably Monday and Tuesday), 8.30am 11.30am 1 other day

Applications are invited for the above student-support role to work within the AEN Team.
The Learning Mentor supports learners who have a range of complex needs, helping them with their learning and with the development of key life-skills.
Essential qualities include:
* The ability to work flexibly and cooperatively with other staff members
* The ability to foster positive working relationships with students with complex needs
* The ability to think creatively, to engage students and sustain their attention through programmes that incorporate variety and interest
* A professional demeanour when working with staff, students and parents
