Were seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join our central People team. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of a first-class employee experience and ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. From onboarding new talent to supporting employee engagement initiatives, youll play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle.

What youll be doing As an HR Administrator, youll support the People function across a range of operational and strategic activities:
Deliver dependable and efficient HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records on HR systems
Assist with internal HR processes, including performance management and policy updates
Coordinate training programmes and career development initiatives
Respond to day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Use HR data and reporting tools to inform and support decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support business-wide people initiatives
What were looking for Experience & Qualifications
Experience in an HR administration or coordination role
Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes
Comfortable working with HR systems and handling confidential information
Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices (desirable)
Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, life sciences, or finance is a bonus

Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
