ROLE TITLE: Business Support Administrator
REPORTING LINE MANAGER: Chief of Staff, AATL/eVessels
Role Overview
As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Chief of Staff and leadership team at Artemis Technologies.
As a key member of the team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing diaries, coordinating travel, and supporting meetings and events. The Business Support Administrator will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Diary & Travel Management
* Assist with scheduling and managing calendars across multiple time zones.
* Book travel and accommodation in line with company policies.
* Ensure itineraries and logistics are accurate and communicated clearly.
Meeting & Event Support
* Help schedule meetings and keep calendars up to date.
* Prepare simple agendas and assist with follow-up actions.
* Take clear notes during meetings and share minutes when needed.
* Support team events and on-site visits, including arranging catering.
* Book meeting rooms and check availability.
