The Role
This role is focused on outbound sales activity, supporting both existing and potential clients. You will help build and maintain leads, contributing directly to the continued growth of the sales function.
* Making ongoing outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
* Building, maintain and follow up on sales leads
* Developing strong working relationships with clients
* Supporting the wider sales team in achieving targets
* Working independently to manage your daily activity
* Collaborating effectively as part of a team
* Maintaining a professional and positive telephone manner
* Responding to client enquiries in a timely and helpful way
About YOU
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible and target-driven approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Sales experience preferred, but not essential
* English language skills required
* Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
* Ability to reliably commute to Braintree, Essex, or relocate before starting

Salary & Working Hours
* 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, onsite in Braintree, Essex
* £26k to £29k, plus bonus incentive.
