Overview

Position: Temporary HR Administrator

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (Hybrid working)

Hours: 35 contracted hours per week

Salary: £13.55 per hour

Duration: Up to 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities

* Assist with the data migration of HR files by reviewing, collating and preparing employee records for digital storage as part of the file attachment project.
* Support with other general HR administrative tasks as needed to assist the HR Operations team.
* Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.


Qualifications

* Some experience of working in HR or an administrative environment, or a good understanding of HR processes.
* Strong IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office; ability to work accurately across multiple digital platforms.
* Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.
