Job Title: Site Manager - Fire Safety Project Location: Swansea Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 58 weeks) Start Date: End of April 2025 We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fire safety project in Swansea, covering the installation of fire alarms and fire doors. The project is valued at £1million. Key Responsibilities: Managing daily site operations Conducting inductions and toolbox talks Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed Preparing and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers Requirements: Valid SMSTS CSCS card First Aid certification Previous experience managing fire safety or similar projects preferred If you're a proactive Site Manager with strong organisational skills and the required certifications, we'd love to hear from you.
