Our client based in Kent who comprises of a number of companies interests ranging from Office stationary, Branding or Construction is looking to hire on a permanent level Sales Executives
Sales Executive responsibilities will include:
* Identify and prospect potential clients in the industrial sector who could benefit from our thermal fluid and engineering management services
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
* Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our services
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
* Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
About you:
As a Sales Executive you will be able to demonstrate a professional sales aptitude and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships that have directly impacted sales.
Your key skills will include:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial sector
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
* Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and the Microsoft Office Suite
A valid full UK clean driving licence
