Sales Executive – Hyundai Watford
Location: 5 Greenhill Crescent, Watford, WD18 8TF
Salary: £20,000 plus bonus (£50,000 OTE) plus car

We are currently looking for an engaging and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Watford.
What You’ll Do
The Sales Executive will work with the wider Space team to deliver an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Sales Executive team are brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for customers.
As a Sales Executive, you will ensure that customers get inspiration and support to learn about Hyundai from the moment they walk into the Space. You will assist in delivering an innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:
* Provide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda
* Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions
* Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting cars and services that Hyundai offers
* Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
* Schedule test drives and follow up on customers by guiding them through the purchasing process
Who You Are
You are curious, creative and enthusiastic with a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct to understand people’s needs. You are energetic, self-motivated, and capable of making things happen. You work well with your team to maintain a trusting environment and achieve great things together.
Your Experience
You should have a great eagerness to learn and a passion for the Hyundai brand, its design, and its sustainability commitment. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, with more than 1 year’s experience in a progressive, customer-oriented retail environment, preferably automotive.
This role will require a valid driving licence, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
