About the RoleI am currently recruiting for an experienced and strategic HR leader to run the People function of a business in Leeds. You will deliver aprehensive, high-quality HR service to managers and staff. This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping and implementing people management strategies that support organisational goals and foster a positive, high-performing culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.Ensure delivery of effective, professional HR support and services, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement impactful HR programmes aligned with organisational objectives.Drive innovation in employment policies and practices, ensuringpliance with legislation and best practice.Develop and oversee reward strategies, using data and insights to inform decisions onpensation, incentives, and engagement.Lead HR projects that promote inclusion, wellbeing, performance, and organisational change.Utilise HR technology and analytics to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.Manage HR budgets, forecasting, and resource planning effectively.Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as an ambassador for progressive people practices.Create and maintain policies and procedures that support organisational values and objectives.About YouProven experience in a senior HR leadership role.Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and strategic workforce planning.Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to deliver innovative HR solutions that drive engagement and performance. #4737829 - Jennifer Fisher
