Location: Hilton Birmingham Metro National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham B40 1PP
Hourly Rate: £12.77 per hour plus service charge
Responsibilities
* You will join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen.
* You enjoy leading the kitchen brigade to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and served.
* You will manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly.
* You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
