Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Junior In-House Recruiter, located in Solihull. The Junior In-House Recruiter will be responsible for handling the start of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role involves developing recruiting strategies to meet the company's staffing needs, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional tasks may include attending job fairs, and handling administrative duties related to recruitment.
