SJP is hiring for a candidate who is a natural leader, coach and mentor to HR advisors. You will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused, modern and professional service while dealing with employee relations.
As an expert in People advice, you will be expected to provide professional and ethical advice within formal hearings and processes, using your knowledge of employment legislation to reduce the risk of future Employment Tribunal proceedings.
The Ideal Candidate
This role requires a strong leader and people manager, with clarity of purpose who can demonstrate ambition for the service. You will have considerable experience in leading transformational change within a People Services environment and be a strong operational manager. You will have had some experience in implementing new systems and processes and will be able to evidence effective project management skills.

This initial 6-month hybrid role is based at our client headquarters in Stafford.
