Commercial & High-Spec Fit-Out (£1m–£20m)
A well-established and growing main contractor is seeking a high-calibre Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to lead complex commercial fit-out schemes across London and nationwide.
Projects span commercial office, retail and specialist environments (including veterinary practices), ranging from £1m–£20m in value — covering demolition, groundworks, structural alterations, bespoke joinery and high-end finishes.
This is a role for someone who drives programme, leads from the front and takes full ownership of delivery.
The Role
You will be responsible for:

Driving programme from demolition through to final handover

Managing groundworks, structural packages, M&E and high-spec finishes
*
Leading subcontractors and maintaining performance standards
*
Managing site logistics in live and constrained environments
*
Ensuring full H&S compliance (CDM, RAMS, inductions)
*
Quality control and snag-free delivery
*
Client-facing reporting and leadership
*
Working alongside commercial teams to protect margin
This is not a paperwork-only position. You will be expected to be present, proactive and performance-driven.
