Apprentice Sales Executive The Opportunity Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice Sales Executive to join their team in Whiteley. The Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship programme that we are offering, will allow you to kick-start your career in an industry that is constantly evolving, dynamic and transformational. The Position Job Title: Sales Executive Apprenticeship Apprenticeship Course: Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship Duration: 13 months – 15 months EPA Location: Fareham, England, PO16 0HZ Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:45am – 5pm Salary: £12-16,000 per annum, salary reviewed after successful probation About the company: Our client is a dynamic telecoms company based in Whiteley, providing innovative communication solutions for businesses. As part of our growth, we are seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in cold calling to generate new business and expand our client base. Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce our telecom services, generate leads, and schedule follow-up meetings. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for sales, excellent telephone skills, and the resilience to excel in a high-volume, target-driven environment Your Responsibilities: · Cold Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to All Inclusive Network Limited ’ s telecom services. · Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, gathering information to understand their communication needs and pain points. · Relationship Building: Develop a rapport with prospective clients, effectively communicating our services ’ benefits and value propositions. · Database Management: Maintain an accurate record of calls, leads, and customer information in the CRM system. · Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure leads are effectively followed up and closed. · Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead-generation targets, contributing to overall sales goals. Desired : · Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a sales-focused (customer service) role is preferred. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone manner. · Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and persistence. · Ability to quickly learn about telecom products and services. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
