We’re looking for a driven, motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Brownhills. You’ll be selling high-value products to top-tier clients in construction and development – including Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Contract Managers. This isn’t your average sales role – it’s an opportunity to build relationships with the elite of the industry, working with a respected, premium brand. What You'll Be Doing: * Selling to high-level decision-makers across the UK * Building and maintaining client relationships * Conducting outbound sales calls and following up on leads * Learning a specialist product inside and out * Hitting targets and contributing to a motivated, close-knit team What We’re Looking For: * At least 1 year of sales experience – recruitment, estate agency, or telesales background ideal * Comfortable working in an office, 9–5 or 8–4, Monday to Friday * Confident picking up the phone and speaking to senior industry professionals * Eager to learn and develop product knowledge * Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented Salary & Benefits: * £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary depending on experience * Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000 * Full training provided on the product * On-site parking and supportive team environment Opportunities for career progression in a growing businesss happen, we want to hear from you
