We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in High Wycombe for an experienced part-time HR Manager. This role involves leading all aspects of HR, including strategy, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for creating a positive, inclusive workplace. This position will oversee a team of approximately 40 employees. * 20 hours per week, 4 to 5 days per week Monday to Friday. * £60,00 pro rata. * Office based. Key responsibilities: * Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals. * Support hiring, from job postings to interviews and onboarding. * Handle concerns, conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances. * Identify needs and deliver employee training and growth programs. * Oversee reviews, feedback, and improvement plans. * Manage pay structures, benefits, and salary reviews. * Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies. * Maintain employee records and manage HR systems. * Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. * Deliver regular HR reports and insights to senior leadership.
