We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Cook 2 to join the catering team. We currently produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients and you will need to produce the very best quality food. You will need to deputise for Cook 3 during periods of absence.

Responsibilities
* Produce outstanding quality food using the finest and freshest ingredients.
* Deputise for Cook 3 during periods of absence.
Qualifications and experience
* Must have NVQ level 2 in Hospitality and Catering or willing to work towards your NVQ.
* Proven experience in a quality catering environment.
* Excellent people skills, able to develop a team.
* Passion about food and customer service.
* Superb culinary skills.
* High standards and be quality driven.
* Excellent organisation & communication skills.
* A 'Can do' attitude.
* Must be willing to travel to different schools in Trafford.
