RG Set Square are recruiting for an experienced Modular Site Manager to oversee the build of an 8 single storey temporary modular cabins at a School in Leeds.\n\nThe role\n\nYou will be responsible for managing the delivery of a modular classroom units to include groundworks, ancillary works and all external works due to last 2 months.\n\nManaging health & safety\n\nThe works programme ensuring it hands over on time\n\nManagement of a wide range of sub-contractors and labour\n\nHold regular project meetings\n\nThe successful candidate\n\nThe successful Site Manager will have previous experience of managing the build of temporary modular buildings as Site number 1, including the groundworks aspects.
