We are looking for handymen, general property maintenance and general builders. * Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating * Diagnose issues and complete remedial works to a high standard * Undertake planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites * Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines * Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional standards at all times * Travel between jobs * Proven experience in property maintenance, repairs, or a handyman role * Skilled across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating, etc.) * Full UK driving licence (essential) * 8am to 5pm * own van Our jobs tend to be across multiple sites in London which do require travel to and from, the main areas we work in are SE, SW, NW, N and W.
