Overview:
Corrie Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a small, well-established civil engineering contractor based in Ross-shire for an experienced Site Manager.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for running small contracts and supervising one or two squads of operatives. This is a hands-on role working closely with the existing team to deliver projects successfully.
Our client is happy to consider both self-employed and directly employed candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver contracts on time and within budget
• Implement the company’s HSEQ procedures on all projects
• Supervise small site teams and manage day-to-day operations
• Liaise with clients and their representatives to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with the commercial director to ensure smooth commercial performance
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and team collaboration
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Site Manager role within civil engineering
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage small teams and multiple tasks
• Practical, hands-on approach to site management
• Based within commuting distance of the Highland region
