Job Title: HR Administrator (People Services Advisor)

Your Role:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Employee Support: Manage queries from employees via phone and email, addressing HR and employee-related issues.
* Data Management: Update and manage employee data within Service Now, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Live Chat Operations:Oversee the daily operation of our live chat service, maintaining documentation and supporting the development of chat data and insights.
* Escalation Coordination:Support and coordinate all escalations across service lines, providing insightful reporting.
* Metrics & KPIs:Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Internal Collaboration:Work closely with related teams to ensure seamless HR processes and effective interconnectivity.
