Were partnering with one of the UKs most exciting names in hospitality, nightlife and live entertainment to find a People & Talent Manager who can bring energy, creativity and commercial thinking to a growing business thats right at the heart of culture.

The Role
With a headcount of around 40 people, were looking for a hands-on HR generalist who loves variety, enjoys building relationships and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves. Youll be the driving force behind attracting great talent, supporting managers, enhancing employee experience and helping to shape a culture thats ambitious, collaborative and full of personality. This could suit someone operating as a HRM, or even a Senior HR Advisor/HR Generalist looking for a step up.
What Youll Be Doing:
Talent & Recruitment
* Leading end-to-end recruitment across the business
* Building future talent programmes, internships and emerging talent initiatives
* Creating job adverts that people actually want to apply for
* Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer
* Supporting onboarding and ensuring new starters hit the ground running
* Building talent pipelines to support future growth
People & Culture
* Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing teams
* Managing performance reviews, probation processes and development plans
* Delivering learning and development initiatives
* Supporting engagement, wellbeing and retention programmes
Operations & Workplace Experience
* Managing day-to-day people operations and HR administration
* Improving processes and introducing smarter ways of working
* Using technology and AI tools to drive efficiency
* Helping create an office environment that people genuinely enjoy being part of
Team Engagement
* Organising team socials, celebrations and company events
* Supporting recognition and reward initiatives
* Creating memorable employee experiences that bring people together
