We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the HR agenda within a unionised setting, working closely with senior leaders and trade union representatives. You'll be at the heart of the organisation-leading on employee relations, supporting business change, and ensuring our people strategy delivers real impact. This position is 5 days on site
Duties include
* Acting as the key HR contact for trade unions and employee representatives
* Building strong, effective relationships with union officials
* Leading collective consultations and supporting negotiations
* Managing complex employee relations matters (disciplinaries, grievances, disputes)
* Supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures and redundancies
* Coaching and advising managers on people-related matters
* Ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant, fair, and consistent
* Driving engagement and contributing to a positive workplace culture
To be considered you have proven experience as a HR Manager or a senior HR Advisor with a strong background working in a unionised environment. A good working knowledge of employment law and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
