Overview
The Internal Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the organisation. This individual will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Duties
* Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, develop job descriptions, and define the ideal candidate profile.
* Source Candidates: Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
* Screening Candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
* Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Conduct Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Extend Offers: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms and conditions.
* Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have the necessary information and resources to succeed.
* Talent Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's overall talent acquisition strategy.
* Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through effective branding and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
* 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in-house
* Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience with employer branding and social media recruiting (preferred)
* Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
