Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. This position requires a passion for food and hospitality, with responsibilities that span from serving customers to assisting in food preparation.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when necessary.
* Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards.
* Assist with food preparation and meal assembly, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
* Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
* Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety practices at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a front of house role.
* Culinary experience or kitchen experience is an advantage, especially in food preparation or cooking.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player who is proactive, organised, and has a keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£14.40 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
