Your new role They now require a Site Manager to work on a £1.2m fit out project in Bicester. Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties:
Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the project manager, architects, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
Maintain high standards of work and quality control.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working on Fit Out projects
CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid are essential
