Position Overview
We are looking for a confident Sales Executive to join our Regional Sales team, acting as a key contact between customers and our hotel properties. This role is based in Chester with travel to client sites, events, and potentially other Moxy Hotels.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate, qualify, respond to sales leads for Hotel Co51 properties with the primary focus on Moxy Chester
* Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions
* Join in on Sales projects, executing activities that support the commercial direction of your hotels
* Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and our disruptive sales culture
* Join sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients
* Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support as needed
* Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships
* Research and identify new leads
* Provide support for the Group reservations team, if needed
* Using our CRM, SFA Web, to manage leads and track performance
* Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts
* Represent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
Business Goals & Reporting
* Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information
* Generate and organise sales reports using multiple data systems
* Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution in the managed segments, and client engagement

Education & Professional Certification
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels either in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk
* Experience in select‑service or lifestyle hotel brands is a plus
* Previous experience in a multi‑property or cluster sales role is advantageous
