Sales Director – Technology & Insurance Recruitment London | £100,000 - £150,000 + Bonus | 4 Days Office-Based
Are you a senior recruitment leader ready to take the reins of a high-performing sales function? Join a fast-growing, dynamic recruitment business at the intersection of technology and insurance, and play a key role in shaping its next phase of growth.
We’re partnering with a London-based recruitment consultancy with around 40 staff, operating predominantly in the contract market, with a growing permanent division. Known for deep market expertise and longstanding client relationships, they’re looking for a Sales Director to drive revenue, develop strategy, and mentor a seasoned team.
As Sales Director, you’ll lead from the front – refining the sales strategy, managing performance, opening new enterprise accounts, and working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.
Lead and manage the contract and permanent sales teams across tech and insurance verticals
Set and track revenue targets, sales KPIs, and performance metrics
Work closely with the Delivery, Operations, and Talent functions to align business goals
Proven track record of leadership in recruitment (contract focus ideal)
A growth mindset and the ability to spot and seize commercial opportunities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
100,000 - £150,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
