Location: Harpurhey, Manchester
Pay: £102 - £115 per day
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Commitment: Full Time | Ongoing Role

A welcoming primary school in Harpurhey is seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Learning Mentor to join their team on a full-time, ongoing basis starting ASAP.
This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning, build confidence and thrive within the school environment.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
* Supporting children with communication, emotional and learning needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
* Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
* Helping pupils develop socially, emotionally and academically
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs
* Patient, nurturing and proactive approach
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
* Previous school, youth work or support work experience is desirable
