Our Site Managers play a vital role in the successful delivery of our projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, securely and in line with programme, quality and compliance expectations.
Responsibilities
* Implement the Wates Operating Framework with an uncompromising focus on Zero Harm
* Manage all quality assurance activities in line with the Project Quality Plan
* Plan, coordinate and manage works to achieve key programme milestones and completion dates, using collaborative planning with the supply chain
* Review and fully understand design information relevant to your sections of work
* Maintain robust site, safety and security controls appropriate to a live, secure environment
Requirements
Due to the nature of the project, you will be required to undergo a Basic / Standard / Enhanced DBS check at offer stage.
