The Role You will be responsible for the strategic oversight of the HR function, ensuring the academy remains a competitive and compliant employer. Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent) Key responsibilities include: Strategic Recruitment: Developing branding and outreach strategies to attract specialist teaching staff in a competitive market. Casework Management: Acting as the lead advisor for senior leadership on complex employee relations, including restructures and TUPE. Compliance & Safeguarding: Overseeing the Single Central Record (SCR) and ensuring all safer recruitment audits are "Outstanding." Workforce Planning: Assisting the Principal with budget-aligned staffing structures and succession planning. Salary Range: £35,500 – £48,000 (Regional Scale)
